Teamwork often is idealized. Many want to work in a good team but are not always ready to make an effort to develop efficient and cohesive team and sustain good level of cooperation and team development. To develop an efficient team is not so simple.

What is a modern cooperation in a team? It is a periodic evaluation of team actions in a psychologically safe environment with a deep wish to learn, to develop by analyzing situation, establishing priorities, setting good goals, creating an action plan, and sustaining culture of responsibility. How to foster it?
Goal of this service is to help teams reflect and evaluate their strong and development sides, as well as to agree on specific action plan that would help a team to develop. Service includes exploring specific needs of the team, setting goals, preparation (e.g. modern psychological testing of personality and values), team discussions, and creating an actionable team plan that would lead to increase in team effectiveness and cohesion. It is recommended to include a feedback session where a team participants could share their perceived success stories and report on progress.
Often clients choose among two hours, four hours or one day sessions or make an optimal combination of sessions over a longer period to ensure higher team development efficiency.
