Designing and Moderation of Strategic Planning Workshops

Strategic planning is very good and powerful leadership tool with the help of which is quite possible to engage, align and motivate employees by better understanding current situation, discussing, and setting common goals and agreeing on how to reach them.

How to organize this process? How to engage employees, and what approach to choose? How to ensure most of employees understand and are aligned on so call Strategy One-pager? How to test and calibrate goals? What discussions to include in strategic planning workshops – about mission, vision, priorities, goals, initiatives, values? How better to organize these workshops? Can they be organized also online? This service includes design of the strategic planning process and moderation of some or all workshops in an engaging way for small or large groups (up to 120 employees in one event).
